Welcome to PredictAI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and PredictAI ("PredictAI", "we", "us" or "our") and govern your access to and use of our website, applications and related services (together, the "Service"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of the service

PredictAI uses artificial intelligence and statistical modeling to generate predictions, confidence scores and analytical insights about football (soccer) matches. The Service is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. We may add, modify or remove features at any time without notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that your use complies with all laws applicable to you.

4. Accounts

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

5. No guarantee of accuracy

Football is inherently unpredictable. Any accuracy figures we cite — including statements such as "up to 82% accuracy" — describe historical or aggregate model performance and are not a promise of future results. Individual predictions may be wrong. You are solely responsible for any decision you make based on the Service.

6. Not betting or financial advice

The Service does not constitute betting, gambling, investment or financial advice, and nothing on it should be interpreted as a recommendation to place a wager or spend money. If you choose to gamble, you do so entirely at your own risk, only where it is legal for you to do so, and only if you are of legal age. Gambling can be addictive — please play responsibly and seek help if you need it.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Copy, scrape, resell or redistribute predictions or data without our written permission;
• Reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
• Upload malware or engage in any activity that disrupts or degrades the Service; or
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity.

8. Intellectual property

The Service and all associated content, trademarks, logos, models and software are owned by PredictAI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

9. Third-party content

The Service may display data, scores and links from third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content or services, and their inclusion does not imply endorsement.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PredictAI and its officers, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD 50.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
